The is open for continued enrollments for the 2024-2025 school year. These applications are placed in the order received and based on grade level availability.
Tours of the Academy and meetings with the Director are set up by appointment.

Student Selection Process
WMAAA is authorized by Grand Valley State University to serve students in Kindergarten through eighth grade. All Michigan students in grades K-8 are eligible to apply for enrollment. A random lottery is conducted when a particular grade is oversubscribed. No student is denied admission on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, intellectual or athletic ability.
Kindergarten Round-up
Kindergarten Round-up for the 2024-2025 school year was February 29, 2024. If you were unable to attend, we encourage you to review this presentation. If you have additional questions, please call the school office!
2024-2025 Enrollment
Open Enrollment has ended, but we are still accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.
Openings in our classrooms for the upcoming school year are filled during our two week open enrollment period in March of each year.

Open Kiosk for families needing assistance with enrollment was scheduled for March 14, 2024 from 4:00-6:00pm.
If a public enrollment lottery was April 26, 2024 at 4:00pm.
